International Organizations
World Food ProgramA branch of the United Nations, the WFP is one of the most influential
non-governmental organizations in the global war on hunger.
It is funded by U.N. member governments and provided food for almost
100 million people in 2005.
Food and Agriculture OrganizationThis U.N. agency doesn't provide food directly to hungry people. Instead,
the FAO acts as a forum for international food policy debate and provides
information and training to governments in need of agricultural growth.
World Health OrganizationThe WHO is the U.N. organization charged with making people across
the world healthy. Because malnourishment is such a large component
in many global health problems, the WHO is involved in ensuring
people around the world eat right and eat enough.

Bread for the WorldThis organization is a Christian group that seeks to feed hungry people
